I found this set to be of really good quality. It seems to be made of solid wood and I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of the set. I would recommend this to anyone.

This is the best purchase I have ever made. The table set is well-made and looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture than the price suggests. This finish is perfect and blends with other types of wood . lt is very attractive and Everyone I have showed this set to have been very impressed.

For the price you cant beet it ,had a couple of small areas where the legs bolted on that showed bare wood but was easily covered with brown shoe polish and did not show. It added nice feel into my room!

Love the set, it looks great and is a very sturdy build. One problem - it did arrive with slight damage (two chips on one of the chairs), and a rough spot on the finish in one or two spots - not major.Overstock send me a replacement very fast. Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with!!"

I was very happy when I got this set, for the price,you can't get any better!! It was also very easy to assemble and perfect size for my patio . just love it!!

I ordered this furniture after reading the last review of it. I ordered this set at this time so it would arrive in time so my son who was visiting from out of state, could help me with it. He has since left. The box arrived in ok condition. I opened it up and we took out the pieces. At first glance I noticed some scratches and gouges that I thought furniture polish would take care of. I assembled the table and the condition of it's wood wasn't so bad it only has 3 scratches on it, and the table is lopsided, it can't screw on straight. I then assembled one chair and was astonished on the condition of the wood, it was scratched, marred, gouged so badly. The seat was not put on it's frame correctly and it's about 1" off of the frame. The legs look like they were in a fight with a nail gun. The top frame of this chair has 2 odd pieces of oval wood cut outs, re-seated back into the frame & stained & polished over but they are actually still raised off the frame, the other chair does not have this. I have scoliosis, so to pack this set up & return it would be a nightmare for me, I physically can't do it being disabled. I have lived here alone for too short a time to know anyone who would do such an enormous favor for me as to return it. I did tell Overstock about the chair and they are supposed to contact me in 2-3 days. I will keep you posted. This was a huge mistake, the quality of the wood is horrendous. I wish they would send someone to take it apart, pack it up & take it away.

I put this pretty little set in my guest bedroom...it is just the right size in front of the window. The table is just big enough (barely)for two cups of tea. The faux-needlepoint fabric on the chairs depicts more of a colonial couple surrounded by a floral border rather than the oriental theme mentioned in the description...I found nothing oriental about it. It is perfect for an antique look and gives my guest bedroom a nice old fashioned bed and breakfast feel. When the relatively small box arrived, I couldn't believe that two chairs and a table could possibly be enclosed. I gave it to my husband and stayed out of his way for a few hours....when I came back into the room this sweet little set was assembled. The fabric on the chairs has a bit more of a blue-grey cast to it than I expected....it's pretty but not the yellow-gold I was expecting from the picture. I didn't want to spend a lot for a real antique set for this room...this was a well-priced alternative.
