The cabinet arrived with the back section cracked. The box looked like it had been handled very roughly. I would have returned it, but it came in two boxes and weighed over 100 lbs. That would have been more trouble than it was worth. Once I got it together, the cracked piece in the back didn't show . It looks nice, but the it's definetly pressed board and the doors in the front have a light flimsy feel. Believe if I had seen this in a store I would have passed it up.

We could not be more pleased with this piece. It was the color we were looking for and the craftsmanship is terrific.

It took us a while to put it together. There were a lot of pieces/ Once it was put together it matched my other furniture and it looked beautiful.

This corner TV stand is an excellent choice. It is quite sturdy and all assembly was easy. Doors and shelves are precise and look quite expensive. We are really pleased with this furniture.

I was looking for a cherry, corner unit for our smaller living room. I did a TON of searching, and finally found this one on a different website. I wanted my stereo to be hidden behind the doors, and the shelves are adjustable, so this worked great. I did not want to spend $359, which was the price for this unit on 5 other websites. I saved over $100 by ordering it here, and it is absolutely beautiful. Very sturdy, and the color is a very rich cherry. We were missing one screw, and the some covers, but i ordered those for free from the mfg. we are supposed to get them in 3-5 business days. I am soooo happy! it took my hubby about 2 hours to assemble, and he said the directions could have been written better...but he's no rocket scientist, and he figured it out just fine.

Love this item- matches our family room perfectly. However, the assembly instructions are very poorly written ( assemble this part, then disassemble to do the next step??) and the product was missing parts. My husband had to go to the hardware store to buy dowels, that were missing and make his own in order to finish assembling this item. Otherwise, well made, stores tons of DVDs ( we have over 200 in it and lots more room for more!) and is a very nice and sturdy piece of furniture.

I bought this product about a month ago, i unwrapped it and the bottom was the first part i took out of the box, but sadly it fell apart while i was trying to get it out of the box. The construction of it is a disappointment. The bottom is just glued together and aparently the glue isn't all that good at holding. SO it fell apart and i had to nail and srew it back together. But in the end, it came together, it does look very nice in the corner of my living room. It fits nicely into the corner and the color is really rich. I would have recomended it if i hadn't had the bad experience of it falling apart.

Nice heavy piece of furniture. The directions are indeed bad, however the parts list and pictures are usable. The shelves are not too big, just need to go in a certain way, unbelievable that some can't get them in right. Packaged well. Good price....

This corner stand is a very heavy, very nicely crafted piece of furniture. It is large, and holds a large TV screen on the top easily, fits comfortably into a corner, and the color of the cherry finish is a nice deep cherry. I like its weighty look when put together, and its large size - the top being higher from the floor than most other consoles.I also liked the door handles, that added a touch of quality to the piece. The ONLY problem was one of the cabinet door's finish does not match the other, one was darker than the other, but because it is in a dark corner, the difference is not particularly noticeable, so I simply ignored that objection - but it DOES suggest some lax quality control at the manufacturer - I could have returned it for an exchange, but I was in a hurry to use it. (Overstock is very forthcoming in replacing damaged or faulty parts, quickly, and pleasantly.) Putting it together with my husband took about an hour and a half - relatively easy directions to follow, but place everything out on the floor before-hand and move through the construction process methodically, don't skip any steps. Once put together, we needed to put it on large plastic moving pads to move it easily on the carpet, it is that heavy. For the price, this is a really nice piece of furniture.

Hard to put together but not impossible; directions are confusing. Also, I was never able to get the inside shelves to go in -- was anyone else? If so, how did you fit them in? Mine seem to be too large for the piece.

The TV stand is nice. The reviews are accurate about putting it together; difficult but not impossible. There was a chip in the top of the wood when I received it but I had already spent 2 hours in unpacking and assembling so it did not seem worth sending it back when some wood stain hid the flaw. It's a good value for the $.

This is better then it looks in the picture. Works perferfect for the New Flat Screen we just got. The only thing is in the back when we got it th ebox was beat up a little and the back of the stand has a scratch but no one can see it.

Well, I had to try three times before I got one that was okay. I did not put it together but the person who put it together for me did not complain about the assembly but he knows what he is doing. I probably could not put it together by myself that is why I had someone else do it. It is a lovely piece once together. I wanted one with solid doors they are very hard to find most our glass or open shelves. The cabinet wood is beautiful. A nice piece for the price.

After reading the existing reviews, I had prepared my husband for the difficulty of assembling this unit and we did find it difficult but manageable for the two of us. In a three hour time period we had the unit completely assembled and the finished product was certainly worth the effort. It is a beautiful piece of furnture which easily accommodates a 52-inch flat screen television. It looks exactly like the picture posted on Overstock and we couldn't be happier with this purchase.

The product - at the end - looks fantastic, it looks great completed - the directions are very difficult to follow as the written words are not under the picture. The explosive diagrams were awful. We actually put a piece together wrong, but it would have taken us another hour to take it back apart and re-put it back together, so we left it.At one point we needed three people to put it together.

This stand is beautiful with a rich Cherry Finish. I am a 68 year old women and needed help to move theVERY LARGE HEAVY BOX from the front door thru the courtyard to the house for assembly.With another helpful hand and the suggestions of (828jeanne from N.Carolina) the assembly only took2 1/2 hours with only a little increase of voice tones. Someone has to direct!!It does take 2 people to hold the pieces but as long as you follow the instructions & diagrams it is wellworth the time.The piece is not being used as a TV stand but a night stand next to the bed. Left out the shelves and use the area for blankets. I love to think out of the box when choosing a piece of furniture for the hard to usespace. Good luck and enjoy.

This stand is very stylish and well worth the money and the time taken to assemble it. We did need 2 people at several stages, but the instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow even for those of us who don't do much furniture assembly. Do pay attention to the arrows on the cam-bolts. And in Step 4, we positioned the piece so that we could see the cam-bolts (we put the piece with the front edges on the floor) and then put pieces E and C on before we put D and B on. We tried following the directions, which said to work with panel D first and then E, but we found we couldn't put E on if D was already snugged in. But we love our stand, which is higher than our old one. Fits in beautifully with our mix of old and new living room furniture.

My husband started to assemble this piece while I was at work and he finally gave up. You really need two people to put it together as it's very heavy and awkward. We bought this piece to match our cherry desk in the office at home. We're pleased because there's plenty of room to hide the printer in the cabinet. It's a beautiful piece and well worth the money and effort it took to put it together. This was our first time using Overstock & are happy with the service. We are anticipating a chair delivery in a few days & can't wait.

This TV stand is really excellent. It's much better quality than any of those Sauder or other brand assemble yourself TV stands. It's somewhat hard to assemble if you are trying to do it alone, but it can be done. It is helpful to have another person to help with certain parts of the assembly, but it is fairly easy to assemble if you go slowly and follow the instructions to the tee. Looks great once it's finished and looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture. It is fairly large, but doesn't look overwhelming in the room. I have a 32" tube tv sitting on it and there is enough space and it looks nice. Overall a great value for the money....don't hesitate to order this.

Came quickly, but some damage due to poor packaging for a product this heavy. As noted in previous review your needs brains and Braun to assemble!
