Hand crafted and carved from solid hardwood, this walnut stained desk makes a lovely addition to your home. The front is covered in ornate hand carved floral patterns and a curvaceous shape that add depth and personality to this wonderful desk. On the bottom, one large drawer, capable of functioning as a letter filing cabinet, spans the entire width of the front. Directly above the filing cabinet is one additional drawer that provides extra storage. The drop front creates ample desk space and provides a removable organizer for all of your bills, letters, and postage supplies. Gorgeous solid wood desk with carved detailing.
This is such a gorgeous piece. The wood and the carvings are simply beautiful. I must have measured wrong because it is smaller than I expected but fits perfectly in my small room. The only thing I don't like is the space in the drawers...not deep enough from front to back to store phone book or printer paper. It would be perfect if the depth was just one to two inches bigger. But I still love this piece.

Cute Little Cabinet
It is a cute small cabinet. The problem is, it is bottom heavy and will tip over if you pull the bottom draw out, the direction say to mount it to a wall... not what you do w a desk or file cabinet... We took two rubber casters and put them under the front two feet so the cabinet tips back a little and then if you open the bottom draw it will not tip over the cabinet. It's the small size I needed for storage but NOT a desk..
