Nice, but not wood
Product is easy to assemble, although it takes a while to do so. They really thought out the assembly process, it makes sense and ends up being nice and sturdy in the end. I think the only downside is that it is not wood, it is veneered. It still looks nice, but according to the title and the price, I was expecting wood. Both doors open revealing a ton of storage and that part is pretty sweet. You need about 8" of clearance on both sides of the cabinet in order to use the doors. The back has a split center cover that slides out of the way so you can get to the wires. This is only helpful if the cabinet is not pushed back against a wall. Pushing or pulling this out from the wall is tough because it is very heavy and awkard to move by yourself. The feet have rubber gromets on them which also makes it near impossible to slide (without breaking the rubber off). I learned this the hard way. Also, when you pick it up to move it you can feel it bending in resistence so I wouldn't recommend doing that. Despite all of this, I still think it looks really nice. Be careful, though, because it knicks pretty easily.

Beautiful
Package arrived on time...very heavy! Easy to assemble just time consuming but made for a fun afternoon. The only reason for the 4 star rating was after it was all assembled and started putting in the shelves, I noticed that one of the panels was missing the pre-drilled holes. Called overstock and they gave me a reasonsable credit and I drilled the holes myself. I've got a 63" Plasma so opted to not put the legs on. It is better than anticipated. Very Happy!

good buy
anything requiring assembly requires patience. this is a well made product, all parts in tact. very nicely packed - box was damaged at corner but the packing was excellent and not a dent to item. arrived on time. small problem with magnets not locking - 800 # customer service very helpful with that. overall this is a very nice rich warm color and well made item, and a good buy. this was my first overstock.com experience and it went well.

Good piece for the price
This isn't something you'd leave your children or future generations, but for a cheap entertainment center this looks nice and seems pretty sturdy. Even with my ack-bassward construction skills it wasn't very difficult and seems capable of holding my large screen HDTV with no trouble. A lot of leftover pieces but none missing. Some things weren't self-explanatory on starting construction, so be careful starting out or you'll realize you used the wrong piece here or there. Overall, for a standard piece of furniture it's worth it, something good for a temporary entertainment center or a rec room. Looks decent to good after putting it together too.

Just Right
I bought this console to hold the new plasma tv ( his first ) I bought my husband for Christmas. It came it great shape it just under a week. I put it together myself without my husband knowing. Directions were easy to follow. Lots of storage in unit and I really like the fact that the back of the unit slides open to connect the wires and then closes to hide them.

Cherry Storage Console
I think the thing the pleased me the most was that it is a heavy piece of furniture and that when we put it together all the hole matched up exactly and all the pieces looked like the pictures and all the fasteners worked and held and the construction advanced. The piece is large and it took two people. My friend was impressed with the quality as well and would definitely order from Overstock when he needs something like this. I love the piece and it works well.

Real Nice
This item was packed very well,love the space it gives for dvds,games etc. just wish they would have the main parts labled with front, back, bottom or top. I was also missing one srew for the leg, Its pretty heavy so you might want to put gliders on all the feet,because the rubber breaks off when trying to move it in place. Other than that it was pretty easy to put together Looks great , Im really enjoying it.

Not Pleased
The quality of the unit is not good. I simply placed our TV on top and it go scratched. Appears to be an extremely cheap type of laminate that was applied over it. The inside of the unit is black which I don't believe was noted within the description. Simply put you get what you pay for and I had to go out by another one anyway.

great tv stand
It came in excellent condition, looks just like the picture. It does take a few hours to put together, but went together nicely. It is a little front heavy when filled with DVD's.

It took me 2hrs just to figure how to start putting this item together. The diagram is not consistant with the pieces. The seller could have saved me those two hrs if he had numbered the pieces or simply written front or back on some of the items. To start, I was forced to count the screw holes to determine if one part should be placed with another. Doing this I was wrong, and had to undo what I had put together (5 pieces). Additionally the screws and other pieces, are loosely packaged and can easily fall out during transports. If u read a review, following this, saying furniture was easy to put together, u can be sure it was written by the seller.
