great product and quality for the price, the only thing I had a problem with was, 1st, there were (3) scratches on various areas, but did not see those, until unit was 80% assembled, and the instructions need improvement, other than that, not a bad piece of furniture. Looks great with new claw foot tables.

We love this piece of furniture! Looked everywhere for something to replace the huge entertainment stand we used for years. This is so worth the $$. My husband had fun putting it together. He said the instructions were fine, all you need to do is read them! We can't imagine why the person said the legs fell off when they moved it? Must not have put them on properly? We highly recommend this unit for value, appearance, and it holds every thing we wanted it to!

This is constructed with fiberboard that has been covered over with a thin color of surface veneer. It was not the easiest piece of furniture I put together. The parts were not identifed by letter or number as they came out of the box which made it difficult at times to sort the pieces and assemble correctly. I like the look for my family room, but any small bump with an object, such as a vacuum, can mar the surface, so be careful. I do believe I got what I paid for. It is not solid wood, it is a typical put-together-piece-of-furniture.

love this piece of furniture. it's a little darker than the picture but it's beautiful. holds lots of dvds and video games and the tv looks great on it.

I purchased the 42" TV stand for my living room. The item itself is nice and was easy to put together, but the middle is sagging. I have a 40" TV on the stand, along with a DVD player and a receiver; none of which are at all heavy. As soon as it was set up I noticed a slight sag at the bottom of the middle section. I saw one other review that shared this problem, but no others did so I thought I would be safe. I'm keeping it because the sag is minor, and I am hoping it does not get worse.

Functional, flexible, and good appearance. Recommend. Problem with one of the pads for the legs (keeps falling off), which will have to be superglued. Other than that, it's a terrific piece of furniture. Not the best bargain I've received from O though.

Great product. It came disassembled and was fairly easy to put together. Once completely assembled I was very surprised as to how well it matched the other furniture items and accessories in my living room. I got on the chat session as I couldn't find exactly what I wanted but they came through as usual!!! Great product for a GOOD price and GREAT service. I would recommend Overstock to anyone who wants to save money and get exactly what they need. 5 stars to the customer service experience, product selection and quality of the product!!!

I WAS SURPRISED AT THE QUALITY OF THE CONSOLE ONCE THE PRODUCT WAS ASSEMBLED. IT WAS STURDY AND WAS A BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED PIECE. EVEN THE HARDWARE WAS A GOOD QUALITY. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

I LOVE this entertainment center - it looks fantastic below my wall mounted 42 inch TV. I found this same unit in an "in flight" magazine and was thrilled to find it here for approx. $100 less. When I originally received it, my package contained 2 inner right panels but Overstock customer service sent out the left panel I was missing. Took approx 4.5 hours to assemble by myself (I'm a woman) - looks fantastic and quite practical with all the internal storage. With the multi-positionable middle shelves I have my Cable-DVR box and DVD player in the top, and my stereo and speakers on the bottom. Highly recommended.

I ordered this unit because we had a limited amount of space in which to put an entertainment center that would hold all of my husband's "toys". This one is perfect for us! It fits nicely where we need it to and holds all of the electronic gadgets and our 27" TV. The only thing I dislike about it is the color - it is definitely not cherry. More like maple, but not cherry. The assembly was not difficult at all although some parts are easier with 2 people, so I was pleased with that as well. One other thing - having looked at entertainment centers at furniture stores and on the internet, I was very pleased with the price on this unit.

I think the entertainment center is well constructed but was difficult to put together. It is going to look perfect with my new 42in flat screen tv.

I like this stand almost as much as the TV! My big concern was the shipping weight and getting the item up the stairs of my 2nd story flat, but I remedied that by opening the box and hauling the parts. That was somewhat time consuming, but I saved my back some pain :) My sweetie managed the assembly in 2 hours & didn't have too much difficulty. Overall, well worth the price and this choice of color matches my living room like Martha Stewart a creation.

Product is nice for the money. Only difficulty in assembling was with attaching doors, as no indicator or markings as to where to attach hinges. Was delivered with a scratch on one of the larger pieces. Otherwise, nice product for the money.

My husband and I had searched various stores for several months looking for aTV console. Nothing fit what we had in mind. We decided to stop all the driving, stay home and look at Overstock.com. I couldn't believe it when I saw the Chelsea Cherry 42" TV Storage Console. We immediately ordered it. It came in the time it was supposed to. My husband and a friend put it together easily. During the process we exchanged many Wows!!! The Cherry color is beautiful...the chrome legs and handles perfect....a classy deco look. It certainly looks much more expensive than it was. The storage is more than ample. It has drawn raves from EVERYONE who has come into our living room. We are truly proud of this "incredible" piece of furniture. It defies anyone to believe anything other than it is a most expensive work of cherry wood....and it is laminate! WOW!!! We both Highly recommend this Console.

I love this product! It is very beautiful and spacious for all your DVDs, ect. The assemly instructions werent that clear....but it just took a little longer to put together than expected. I highly recommend this product!

Not too difficult to put together until you get to the doors, need 2 people to align hinges or plan on spending a lot of time. Looks nice, though.

This item is so beautiful, solid, heavy, sturdy tv stand and was easy to assemble. I actually enjoyed putting it together because all parts were easily identified.

The cherry coloring is very nice not too dark. Great fit for my apt size living room. The sliding doors in the back are great for the MANY wires! Assembly wasn't as bad as I read in other reviews. Instructions were good, it took about 3-4 hours total. You can't beat the $2.95 shipping and I found a coupon code online and saved even more!

This product was exactly how it appeared on the website. My 16 year old nephew assembled it for me in under an hour. It look great in my livingroom.
