I had my eye on this Chef's Planet knife for quite some time. When I finally bought it, I was very happy I didn't miss the chance to get one. It powers through even the heartiest, crustiest bread with ease, and slices through more delicate breads without mashing them. Looks beautiful and feels just right in my hand. Love it!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the value. Also, being able to sharpen it yourself and having a sheath are added bonuses.
