Chef's Design 'The Ultimate Griddle'

I've finally found a griddle that will work! I've used cast iron and electric and hated them both. This griddle is light weight but solid. Non stick and works great for pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Heats evenly over two burners with no cool spots! Love it!

This griddle is excellent. We just started using it a month ago and it has become a key piece of equipment in our kitchen. We have a glass top stove with a bridge burner. The only drawback, as mentioned elsewhere, is that it is slow to heat up. That just requires a little more pre-planning. It heats and thaws beautifully once it gets going and the non-stick and grease draining works well. It basically takes no storage space either. We prefer having to deal with the slow heat up rather than buying a stand alone griddle.

This is a fantastic griddle. I have a gas stove top; the heat transfers evenly with this product - I'm back to buy another griddle for my other home. I'm a lover of Williams-Sonoma but this is worth saving the money and buying some other fun stuff with your savings. Happy Cooking!
