I have had a Chiefs Choice sharpener for over ten years and have loved it. When my son needed some help with his knife sharpening skills I first bought him this model. It is wonderful. There have been numerous improvements in the last ten years and this model stands out. It so much better than my old model that I am seriously thinking about buying this new model for me. My son's knives and his skills have improved greatly.
