It's USED!!! I am very disappointed. I bought this panini press for my daughter for Christmas. It's clearly a return. It didn't even come in the original packaging. It was just put into a cardboard box and even the instructions were crumbled. It's obvious it has been wiped down. Don't purchase unless you don't care if it's used! This wasn't a refurbished item. Returning.

Great non-expensive grill !! This grill is great for fast meals, I was surprised that it performed as well as a more expensive grill. I'ved cooked steak, pork chops, chickem, grill cheese. I really think anyone looking a reasonable priced grill pick this grill. The only problem is a grill brush didn't come with it, something needed I'm sure with any of these type grills.

Non stick coating Had this grill for less than one month. When attempting to scrub off some crusty residue from some steaks, the non stick coating began peeling off. I was using a very soft brush after prepping the grill with wet paper towels to soften the crust. Had to toss the grill out.

This grill and panini press is fabulous! This product is the best. I mainly use it as a small grill. I'm not a fan of the outside grill. But this, I love, love, love it. Cooks a steak in half the time. Does not splatter. I even used sauce and the steak came out perfect. My steak has been boneless. Will try on a porkchop (with bone next). Grill sandwich's are a snap. Fast, clean up is easy.
