The flimsy cheese plane bent and popped the plastic handle when applying pressure on cold cheese. Also the drawer was difficult to close with plane inside.

Great product, very durable and at a great price! If you like cheese it is a must have. The knifes are well constructed.

I purchased this for some friends of mine that had just recently built a new home, and do a lot of entertaining - it was inexpensive, yet very useful - they absolutely loved it
