Frustrating manufacturer..nice product
This pot rack is missing 4 of the 8 bolts that you can see. The manufacturer wants to swap it out for another item when it's taken 2 trips by an electrician already. (one trip because it needs a special reinforced box for the weight, now they want to ship another unit rather than The missing bolts!!). They don't ship parts! Omg..I thought that IDE finally have it installed today...this is crazy, crazy, crazy! This had better work well after all this grief...
