This is a fantastic dining set! It looks very elegant and was very easy to put together. I cannot believe how little money I spent for such a great set.
How often do you shop at Overstock.com? Few times a year
The dining set looks very nice, and well built. It came delivered in 4 sepate boxes, one for the dining table, and one each for two chairs. It is very easy to assemble since the needed assembly tools are included, and the screws and bolts are packed separately for each piece of the set, so there is very little confusion if any at all. However, I did not like the way it is packed for transportation. The smaller components (such as the legs) are held in place with ribbons which are then STAPLED to the heavier pieces (such as the underside of dining table surface). If you want to remove the ribbon entirely, you have to remove all of the staples which is a painstaking process. So I opted to cut the ribbons with a scissor, leaving short stubs of ribbon still attached to the underside of the dining table surface and the underside of the chairs' bottom surface. Despite of this, I would have recommeded this dining set if not for its lack of leveling adjustment for the table as well as the chairs which I expect to find for a set in this price range. Luckily, the table is perfectly flat on my dining room wooden floor, and the chairs are just slightly unlevel which is hardly noticeable. Otherwise, I would have had to return this fine looking dining set.
