I love this pot. I'm a 40-year Le Creuset fan and this one from Chasseur works just as well for most stewpot/casserole cooking tasks. Its interior enamel finish is also easier to clean. It doesn't seem quite as sensitive to heat changes as Le Creuset pots, but it's at least as sturdy. I'm very happy to have discovered this brand.
