It's OK
Delivery was quick. Easy to unpack from boxes. No assembly instructions included but hardware present. I'd been assembling other furniture recently, so was in the mode of assembling and seem to have managed all right without directions. I had tried to call toll free number included to request instructions, but this number never worked - 3 attempts at different times from morning to afternoon of same day. Assembled sofa by myself and this wasn't terribly difficult but took about 3 hours with interruptions. Hardware overall fit in fine except for final screw going between back of sofa and arm which wasn't properly aligned. Overall, I would have to seriously consider spending the extra $ to buy an assembled/delivered piece in the future as I would rather not repeat this experience, but this was a great price and the sofa is ideal for the space and purpose it serves. Have had sofa together for about 2 weeks now and it is holding up with kids bouncing all over it. Sofa looks very nice. I hope it will last, but I am waiting for the day when of us leans on it too hard and we will hear a loud "crack" effectively ending the serviceable life of this piece of furniture. Comfort is ok - not a squishy cozy couch, but not painfully firm. Recommend this product as long as you know what you are getting into.

Great little sofa
I will admit after reading the reviews I was worried about ordering this sofa because of the difficulty others had putting it together. I am a senior citizen and didn't have any help and did it in about an hour and a half. I was lucky that the UPS man carried in the boxes because they were heavy. As others have said the sofa is firm but I think it is fairly comfortable. It is the perfect size for my condo and the color was just as shown in the picture. I also like the texture of the fabric. Overall, I am really pleased.

Love this couch
I absolutely love my new couch! The fabric is a beautiful color and this really interesting soft ribbed texture. Given its rigid sides and back, it is not uncomfortable as would be expected. The only complaint I could possibly have is about the padding on the seat. It tends to collapse a bit after sitting in the same area.

Bigger than I imagined

Cool couch
Cool couch...more for decor than comfort. I'm a single, but an able bodied woman & i put this together by MYSELF in a lil over an hour. Initially the couch is super hard to sit on, but softens up over time. It's not the kind of couch for lounging or cuddling because its kind of small & hard, but it looks great & if it's for a spare room that you dont use everyday...it's perfect.

Sofa
The color was right on. The assembly was easy. Please note that this is a love seat sized sofa. In the back it velcros which is kind of odd and not what you'd expect. It looks stylish with clean lines. It sits very very firm. It looks very nice in my living room and will go with any color change I might decide to cook up because it's neurtral.

NICE BUT LOOKS CHEAP
Nice piece for a small place, great color and easy to combine. Material looks really chip and the sofa seams that it will fall apart very soon. i had a little problem to assemble cause it was missing some part/ not a very comfortable piece either. i don't recommend if you want to put in a living room or in a place where you will use a lot. its a nice size and shape to accentuate your master bedroom and for aoccasional sitting.

Decent loveseat
This loveseat fit perfectly under our living room window. Its wide enough to hold 3 people who aren't afraid to be snug, but definitely roomy enough for 2 to lounge. Although the seat is very firm so not sure if "lounging" is really what you want to be doing on this sofa. It's a piece of furniture that is economical, modern looking and good for company to sit on and chat. My husband assembled this and took about 40 minutes. I helped a bit by pushing in the armrests to line up better with the holes. So if you work with another person to set it up, assembly isn't that bad. Everything was packaged well and no issues with scratches or anything like that. It was shipped super fast! I ordered on the 9th and it arrived on the 11th! Amazing! The color is grey, not too dark. I think the picture online is darker than in person. It even has a tint of brown, which works with our house since we have a dark espresso couch in the family room so when you look over to this area, you see this loveseat which complements the other areas of the house nicely.
