Perfectly Moist meats! This was a surprise. It is very handsome looking but I did not know what infrared cooking was all about. Well, I found out! There is no meat I can cook on this that doesn't come out very moist. Not like my old grill where it seemed everything I cooked was dry. Please read all the directions before use. I didn't and I may have screwed up the grilling surface a bit. However, everything seems to come out ok.
