I am restoring a 1896 creame city brick Victorian mansion. Only a couple of lights have been removed and I have been searching for a light I could use in stairwell. I found Overstock and searched for the right light. I bought this light and am impressed on how beautiful it really is. A little larger than what thought we just hung it a bit higher. The hunes of colour are fantastic. It was mentioned in some of the reviews about problems finding light bulbs. Its very simple use no more than 40 watt or 20 watt is no dimmer....let the light shine through the colours instead of the light over powering the colours. Ill buy from Overstock again.

Exceptionally large pendant lamp. Excellent packaging and delivery. Had to be modified---worked an hour or two modifying the bracket for the lightbulbs. I wanted to use the spiral bulbs so that they wouldn't need to be changed frequently so my friend reworked the sockets to fit the larger bulbs--required alot of patience and time. When we went to assemble the light, the shaft is too long so the 3 chains would not attach to the sides---had to use "s" hooks to attach the chains. I knew by the other reviews that this item would need modification, but the price was terrific, saw it elsewhere for about $100.00 more!!!!

This light lets off a beautiful glow. The colors are gorgeous, which is what drew me to this light in the first place. I was hoping that it would be a little smaller than it is. The dimensions say 30", which I was hoping would be from the ceiling to the bottom of the light but I believe the glass part alone is 30". I have this light in a family room corner with high ceilings and it's really beautiful, but it would be best suited for an entry way. Purchasing it from Overstock.com was the best value by far. I've seen the same light for double to quadruple the price on many other websites. Great value, beautiful light.

Lamp requires 2-60 watt "appliance" bulbs. Instructions should mention to elevate one spending time trying to track down the correct size. Light looks very nice, however feels a bit plastic...wasn't expecting that. The most discouraging aspect is that this particular lamp hangs a bit crooked. The three support chains are not equal in length. Of course you can't notice until after it is installed.

I love this light. The light has beautiful colors and is just like the picture. We had to adjust the internal fixture in order to put 2 fan size 60 watt bulbs inside, which was not difficult just a nuisance. The light is very soft (even with all that wattage) so it is more decorative and not useful for task lighting. We have received many compliments on the light.

I can't tell you how much I love this lamp. It looks amazing in my living room. The quality is unmatched. It was easy to hang as well. You can't beat this lamp. I love it love it love it!! Buy it and you will love it too! It is classy to say the least.

the 60 watt bulbs do not fit as advertised - we needed to use oven lights 25 watts to fit into the lamp.We use this as an accent light only .If you plan on using as a foyer light it will not throw enought light as the design does not allow for placement of regular size 60 watt bulbs Beautiful when lighted.

I really like the lamps I have only looked at them in the boxes at this point ... I am waiting to paint first so I have no idea how easy they will be to install. I do look forward to getting them up as soon as possible ... the ones that are in place now are so horrible ... haha I would buy this product again it was what I was had been searching for ... the color and style were right.

This light is gorgeous. I have it in my stairwell also. It is not made of plastic but stained glass lamps often feel like plastic due to the leading. Great value. Even prettier in person.

This is a gorgeous, very large hanging lamp that we'll use in our high-ceilinged stairwell for drama. It is dramatic and clearly made of plastic. Though, you'd never know it unless you lifted it and felt the heft and thumped it a bit.
