I have had the light for 2-3 weeks and it is still in the box because I have to attach all of the crystals. I'm confident it will look great once it is up but it is going to take some time without the kids around!

The item is a good value, except for instructions that bring a whole new meaning to the word, "vague." And the ?drawings? are less informative than a child could offer. As well as the assembly parts [screws, nuts, washers, springs, etc.} are so small, installing them is very difficult. It can be done, if you have the hands and experience of a prenatal neurosurgeon. Sorry for the bad press, that?s my experience. MOW

I would have to think twice due to complexity of the asembly, we tried to get it going but it was not working, so got an electician to get it fixed, it took him over an hour to connect it.. time consuming for assembly and the acutal attaching to the wall... it is pretty heavy with the Chain, the chain is long and not very easy to adjust.

The fixture was easy to assemble and exactly what I expected. It had three length options for whatever size you may need for the room. Overall, I was happy with the fixture.

Easy to assemble with quality parts. Presents as a beautiful and elegant chandelier

Although this chandelier looks beautiful in the picture, I gave hit the lowest ratings because it literally comes with about 60 crystals, with TINY O-rings that that are on the crystals that have to go through a TINY hole on this multi-tiered chandelier. It took me an hour to hang 5 and I ordered 2. I dropped one crystal and broke it trying to get it on the chandelier, and that is when I decided it wasn't worth any amount of money savings and sent them both back. Would NOT recommend getting it unless you are into torture.

Nice once assembled but allow 1 hour to put together

This item is beautiful and it looks expensive however the it seems crooked because of the three lights. It would be perfect if it had four

The lamp is as described/shown, but assembly is ridiculous - you have to put together the glass strains (not just attach them to base!). The metal rings connecting the pieces are very soft, so the entire end product is not very sturdy.

Beautiful fixture, nice contemporary design. You do however have to place the crystals, individually, on the shade. Not a difficult task but somewhat time consuming. Just be aware this is not ready to hang direct from the box - "some assembly" is required.

This looks ok but unless you are willing to spend hours assembling all of the c rystals and then with hooks that are too short try to keep the strand together long enough to get hooked into frame. Looks great but really for the cost then all the labor ....????

This chandelier was installed in a vintage shabby chic living room. the instructions to assemble were printed in China and not understandable. The list of parts was incomplete and not accurate. That made it very time consuming and difficult to assemble.Use the photo as a guide rather than the poorly written instruction page.

This is a great looking chandelier and a good price, but be prepared to spend hours and hours and hours and hours assembling it. It's complicated, the instructions are not great (made and written in china). Don't recommend it if you don't have time to build it and put every little crystal on it.

I was so excited to receive this chandelier, but it took 2 of us a good hour to figure out and put it together. At the bottom inside "curl" thee are 2 holes and we had to figure out...are there crystals missing or are we just supposed to ignore them? The "extra parts" consisted of only one of each size crystal, (2 of which arrived broken!) so we opted to hang on the bottom- seemed to make the most sense. The only problem is...when the chandelier is lit, you can see the empty holes!I would not recommend this based on the complexity to assemble, the extra hole, and the broken extra pieces, which I will try to have replaced but since this is made in China, I doubt that will be possible.

I've purchased and installed a lot of chandeliers in my home ownership, but this one is a first. As several folks indicated, it comes disassembled, but I did not expect about a million pieces in the box! It is going to take me forever to put this together and get it ready to hang! Things weren't helped that several of the glass panels (the hurricanes are actually four separate sides in a metal top) were shattered upon arrival. As usual, OS customer service is terrific and they shipped me out a whole new chandelier, but that added another week to my assembly time. Bottom line... I THINK that this is going to look really terrific in my space, and-- based on the pictures and what I've seen of the pieces for it-- it is an unusual and interesting lighting fixture (exactly what I was looking for). But, I don't actually know yet. So, buyers beware! "Some assembly required" doesn't begin to describe this chandelier!

I received this chandelier yesterday knowing that I was going to have a battle on my hands with assembling (according to reviews) so I started right away. When I opened the box I was confused because everything looked like it was already assembled. When I compared the illustration to the unit I realized it WAS already put together!! I received a bag with extra nuts, screws, etc.. which I didn't know what to do with so I emailed customer service. They confirmed this unit is now shipping fully assembled and the extra items are just that! Extras! YAY! You will still have to attach the crystals to the unit which is no problem. I haven't hung it up yet but I'm sure it will be just as beautiful as everyone says it is. Can't wait!

Crystals look nice. Lots of assembly here. Lots of crysals. There are over a hundred of them for this, and you have to put every single set on it. I'm a third done and it took 1-1/2 hours last night to put on a little over 30 of them. Difficult. My fingers were sore. I will probably send it back. Also, the metal part looks tinny. Not like the chrome you would expect. The top that is very visible against the ceiling is really cheap looking. Be aware that it uses a small base chandelier light bulb, about 40W. It will be dim whereever it is placed.

The chandelier comes in many pieces. Each arm has to be attached including all the wiring. It is flimsy and the workmanship is bad. The bottom ball/knob where each arm comes together has a screw that is not centered so the bottom ball never lines up properly. It took 2 of us approximately one hour to assemble and we haven't even hung it up yet. The wrench included doesn't fit the small nuts on the bottom so you'll need your tool kit to tighten them up properly. The price is right and I like the look. I just hope it doesn't fall apart on me.

This is a fabulous light once it is hung. It is elegant looking. It dresses up a room but does not overpower it. The chrome legs feel cheap but once hung no one will touch them. The directions were terrible. Our electrician said they were the worst he has seen. I did e-mail the manufacturer and received a response within 48 hours though. I suggested they make the corrections to the directions. Do not buy this if you are willing to pay to have it installed.

The glass balls on this make the entire light and it looks amazing especially for this price. Unfortunately, you need some patience and time in putting it together because it does require quite a bit of assembly. Be prepared for it to take some time. i will order it again for another house to dress up a dining room because it looks amazing when up.
