This pendant was even nicer than I expected when I ordered it online. Since I do not normally purchase items of this nature without seeing them first hand, I was a bit skeptical, but it looks amazing. After our electrician installed it, we noticed that we were actually looking up into the pendant at the exposed light bulbs. I thought that maybe it was a design flaw. When I checked again, I could tell from the website that the pendant should have included a panel to hide the bulbs. My experience with customer service was fantastic. Not only were they pleasant to deal with, they continually followed up and managed to locate the part and have it expedited to my home with in days of calling. A great experience!

This is even more beautiful in "person". It is as heavy as it looks.

Great light output for our dining area using 3 100watt bulbs. Directions weren't great for DIY installation, but we managed. Had to loosen the bolts on the decorative arm in order to fit the finial, so it caused some frustration, but worth it in the end.

This light is pretty large and well made. The electrician who installed it commented on the high quality. A very striking light and just what we wanted.

Was a bit challenging to connect the wiring as the wires must be threaded through the fixture before you can mount the fixture to the base....it rotates around when attaching to the ceiling wiring. Perhaps it would have been easier with two people, so one person could have held the wires and the fixture still while the other attached it to the ceiling wiring. Also, the crystals were very tedious to attach. All that being said, now that the fixture is up, it looks BEAUTIFUL! It was definitley worth the effort and is a good value for the money and time paid.
