Wonderful addition to my foyer
My fear was that the quality would be poor & the item would be too small. Although it is on the petite side (which is what I needed for my space) it is great in my foyer. I would recommend 40 watt bulbs, as the 6 bulb set up creates a lot of light. This isn't a bad thing, I just prefer a little less where the piece is. I was happy I had read the other review before I received the chandelier so I was prepared to assemble the entire thing upon receipt. This was not difficult and it actually got me more excited to get it hung. It took about 20 minutes to attach the strands of crystal. End result is stunning. I love it and would certainly recommend purchasing for a foyer, a bedroom, an office or even a smaller dining room. I think this would, however, be too small for a living room space. Perhaps 2 in a living room? It's a gorgeous fixture.

These are Beautiful
They were relatively easy to put together (I purchased 2 so the second was a snap) sometimes common sense is better than trying to figure out the instructions ~ just take a look at the concept and then just use your intuition to complete! One word that may help, on the silver ring that attaches on the bottom, make sure this is installed the correct way up, or else your 'silver clips' will not hang properly once you start clipping in the crystals (it blocks it and makes it impossible to clip in the 2 that have the silver frame in the way, it will make sense when you see it! ) ~ As mentioned, I installed 2 over the dinning room and they look amazing ~ No, they are not small that I needed 2, I just wanted the glam. They are what I would call a medium sized chandelier and for the price, it was exactly what I had in mind, for a lot less than lighting stores.. The style, the design and the lights that puts out, will make it worth the instal in the end. Grab a cuppa and just sit down on the floor and enjoy 'making your new Harlow' light!
