    I telephoned you thinking I was going to have to return this item because it arrived all lumpy. After a week of laying other stuff on it, I finally got the lumps to lay down by soaking the carpet. I never had to work so hard on something new. In fairness, you did agree to send another, but I was able to make this one usable....it was just a lot of work.

    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality was strange....there was no stiffness to this rug at all and it arrived with numerous lumps. I was going to return it, but finally wet it down thoroughly and got it to lay flat.
    • How accurate was the on site description of the product? ok

  • Beautiful, rich rug

    This rug is a perfect addition to our baby's room. It looks rich and luxurious, and feels nice on bare feet. It's thick and cozy, but definitely not a shag type rug. I'm not worried about my baby playing on it and pulling up carpet pieces. The color is just as it was pictured online, and I was looking to match colors, so that turned out to be a safe bet for me. The rug arrived quickly in thick plastic packaging, which survived a cold winter day outside until I got home from work. The rug is well-constructed with no fraying on the edges or pilling on the rug itself. If it continues to hold up, I'll be very impressed, especially for the price of this rug.

  • Positive recommenendation

    I ws looking for a replacement for my wool area rug in my living room. This is perfect, not as thick pile, perfect colors. The lumps & bumps settle down after you have it unrolled on the floor. Well worth the price. I have 2 small dogs and was constantly vacuuming the fuzz of the carpet for twice the price. I love this rug and the price !!
