  These pans make very crispy crust on the cornbread sticks, which makes them soooo good. Comes with seasoning instructions for the pans and how to re-season if necessary. The secret is to never wash with soap once they are seasoned, then they will never rust or have to be re-seasoned.

  This is something every kitchen should have, It will stand up to things a Pyrex won't and has a classic look, and is very easy to clean (even after lasagna, which was the first thing I made in it). The quality is excellent.

  I did not see on the site how small this was, or would not have ordered it . I gave it as a gift, mainly as a small serving piece...too small to use for cooking.
