Terrible manufacturing. Metal end caps were loose from the start, and now one has fallen off. Blades are rusting, even though I have followed the instructions to wash by hand. Blades were extremely dull when first opened (do blades need to be sharpened before very first use?), and do not seem to hold a sharp edge very long. I am careful to never use plastic cutting boards, but the steel in these blades is suspect.
The ergonomics are not good either. Although a somewhat attractive looking set, these knives do not feel comfortable in use.
Would strongly not recommend this knife set.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Awful. Metal end caps were loose, and after several washings one fell off. Blades began to rust almost immediately, even with washing by hand.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? It is definitely not a high quality set. If this was described as a bargain special, it would have been more accurate.
