Happy with the Pendants
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the look of these pendants. Crystals were hanging loose, but it was very easy to tighten them up and they do look beautiful. I purchased 3 of them and was worried that they might not fit above the island in the kitchen, but 24" spacing between the lights did the trick. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars, is that one of the poles was slightly bent and it took our electrician some skills to streighten it out.

Poor
I was VERY disappointed with the quality of this product, especially considering the price I paid for it!! The crystals were free hanging by what appeared to be silver twist ties. Half of the twist ties were not even fastened to the crystals and they were falling off!! This light is getting returned. I can't even believe they can sell this junk!!!
