I never received this chair. I received a tracking number but was never able to track it. Finally I canceled it and received a refund. Customer service was excellent.

What caught my eye was the style - different from the standard accent chair - however, the seat is a little hard. What keeps it from getting an excellent rating is the smell! Smells like machine oil - I have wiped it down with soap/water and it has improved in the 3 weeks I've had it. Other than that, it's a nice chair.
