Whereas I'm sure the original painting is a show stopper, this rendition does not do the artist justice. The accent gold is far too muted, the teqnique is flat and limits lighting effects. It reminds me of scenic wallpaper. It needs to be viewed from a distance far enough so as not to notice the pixal look..
