    These drapes are perfect for my son's room and his TV room. I ordered them and aside from having to spend an hour steam ironing the wrinkles out of them from their packaging, they are perfect. My son has the Tommy Hilfiger denim bedspread and they are the exact same color of denim as that, so it all looks great together.

    I ordered these for my son's room. he has a very colorful dresser and I was looking for something that was neutral but not boring. His room has 4 windows and gets direct sunlight in the evening. these curtains block out the light better than the previous "blackout" curtains- and these are not even lined! They are very heavy- and we are happy with them for sure. I wanted the indigo curtains but they were not in stock at the time I purchased these- so I purchased the lighter pair. The walls in his room are brown- so the lighter color actually looks great! A side note- as mentioned in previous reviews- them smell of these curtains is TERRIBLE when they arrive. We unpacked them outside and left them out there for almost a week- then washed them- and they are fine now. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend these if you are looking for a heavy weight plain curtain- that has a little touch of whimsy.

    • I just received my curtains, they would be easy to hem as there is no lining. It is simply a panel of denim fabric. The only thing you might have a bit of trouble with is that it might be difficult to match the thread.
