works great, retro look this doesn't look high tech, but i do like the handle so that you may pour easier into your coffee mug. I have a nespresso pod machine and the coffee pods are intense. I needed a good milk foamer to soften the intensity and this fits the bill. so far it's worked great and I'm using lactose free fat free milk with no problem in the foamer. i'm happy i bought one and hope it works well for a long time.
