Can you use a box spring with this bed?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Cape Cod Full Bed in Chocolate. Yes you can use a box spring with this bed, it is actually recommended, as this is not a platform bed that is made to use without a box spring. It just looks like it. I hope this answer helps you.
