This was my first purchase from Overstock.com, and overall I am pleased. The mirror is attractive -- not super-high quality, but a good value for the price. The mirror arrived with some serious scrapes on one side of the frame, but the return/exchange process was very simple. A replacement mirror was shipped to me in two days, and I was able to use those packing materials to return the damaged item (no small concern when dealing with a large fragile mirror!) with a prepaid shipping label. The second mirror also has some tiny nicks in the finish on the frame, but these were easily touched up with a sharpie marker. The mirror looks great over my dresser, and I was so pleased with the whole process that I turned around and ordered something else from Overstock.

The mirror arrived, Beautiful as described. I was very pleased, made a nice attition to my bathroom where I hung it. unfortunately the workmanship was faulty and the bolt they used to hold the hanging wire on the mirror actually pulled out of the wood of the frame. of course this happened after I hung it and stepped away causing more damage. There was no way to check,as they have a sheet of paper over the whole mechanism to give it a more professional look. I have requested a replacement and hopefully the new one will not have this defect

I purchased more than one of this mirror, and BOTH were damaged even though they were packaged immaculately. Annoying considering the mirror was nice otherwise.

I was really nervous ordering something online without seeing it in person. I was happy when the mirror arrived just as it was described by Overstock. It did arrive with a couple chips in the black outer frame, but they were hid well enough with a black sharpie marker. It is a nice mirror for the money.
