Be careful here. The color description of this rug is NOTHING like what you get. The rug is nice and there is a raised quality to the branches - but green and brown???? NO WAY. They are very dark green, dark brown, and CORAL/PAPRIKA. This was a BIG surprise. I kept the rug because the coral/paprika color is an accent color in my room. If it had not been, this would have gone back on Overstock's dime. I find that this is often the case with their descriptions.
I just received this rug today, and was confused when I rolled it out. The description on this page clearly states it has brown and green accents, but the "green" is most definitely red! The rug itself is very soft and well made, but just be forewarned that the description is misleading!
This rug is really cute for a transitional look. I saw it in a magazine and really liked it. However, it does snag easily and you need to cut the snags with scissors, don't pull them. If you don't mind doing that than this rug will be great for a room used infrequently, or in a room without chairs or other furniture you will move around.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color is warmer than the taupe shown on the screen. Really the screen color isn't that great and I bought it for the patterning and after reading the other reviewers.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. This rug is thin rug, but OK for the price.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? There is red in the vining.
