not like the picture
The rug was promptly shipped, but had no paperwork (i.e., reciept or return information) with it. It is not like the picture. It is too much hastle/cost to to return it, so I will keep it, but it is not what I expected.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? the color is as depicted, but there are intentional lines of irregular length on one side of the rug
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. it is soft underfoot
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? the description failed to mention that the rug has a pattern of irregular lines on one side - it is not a solid rug.
