    I had never used one of these before. My only mistake was that I used the wrong size bowl. I was only making a couple of biscuits, so I used a bowl to fit that project. It turns out that the bowl was too small for the pastry blender, which was larger than I had anticipated. Anyway, it did do a great job. I like using it better than the food processor, because it gives me more control.
