Not a advertised
In the process of assemblying my dining set, the failure of the stained areas to match other areas after assembly was very obvious. Then when assembling the table it was very noticeable that the support structure for the table was a pressed wood product with a veneered finish. I have purchased from Overstock in the past and been satisfied with the quality...but this table is not satisfactory for the money. The chairs are passable.

I love this table set. I ordered it because I saw it came with eight chairs! The quality is excellent. The table is sturdy and durable. I love the look, modern, but functional for everyday living. The chairs were easy to assmeble and also of good quality. I was hesitant about ordering online, but everything went smoothly! You could not find this quality for the same price in a regular furniture store...I had shopped for months and I am really satisfied with my purchase!

Solid set. Had problems with the delivery via a local customer who tried to deliver to my neighbor 2x and so did not receive this for the holiday intended. Had them move it to my garage and then we moved it into the house. Found 2 scratches on the chairs (backs) after they left. Overall very sturdy and handsome set and I would purchase again.

Bad quality
I was so excited to buy this table. The look of it was exactly what I wanted. After a very short period of time I was regretting the purchase. I bought this table over a year ago, within months the table was scratched badly from regular use. I have not been rough with the furniture and it is scratched all over. When the scratches appear you can tell the wood is painted, not stained. Every spot that has a scratch has drastically lighter colored wood. I wish I would have put a glass cover on top of it to protect it.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Easily scratched, scuffed and retained water marks from glasses

nice table, good quality
This is a nice table/chair set. We were looking for something more square that would seat 8 and this is working well. It has solid wood construction and is comfortable for sitting. Espresso furniture shows scratches worse than other colors but these are fixable with an espresso pen. Nice table, no complaints.

sturdy dining set
The espresso color goes great with our other espresso colored furniture! This set is very sturdy and love the eight chairs! Keep an espresso furniture pen handy to hide scratches and you are set!

Great set, Has great chocolate color, Very Sturdy and great for the price...I seen the same set for 2500 at my local furniture shop. I was very sketchy about buying Furniture Online but Overstock is a great place! Thanks!
