Very good quality, but stiff as cardboard
See my rating for the 11'9" runner in the same pattern. In a nutshell, the quality is very good, it's a berber, in a nicely defined pattern with tan, rich brown and black on a black ground. PROS: Good quality overall. Looks great on my porcelain tile kitchen floor. Excellent value for the money. Not made in China~! Label info: Made in Egypt by Surya. 100% polypropylene. CONS: Stiff as a board. It is delivered rolled up in plastic. I had to steam iron nearly the entire rug (after day 2 of having it laid out) to get it to soften up. (sections at a time, between two cotton bath towels) I recommend this rug only to people who are willing or able to tape it down. The ironing helps, but tape or velco will be needed if you want it to lay flat. I used double stick foam tape.

Perfect for my foyer!
I was expecting a different pile on this rug. It has a looped pile and is thinner than I imagined it would be. None the less, it works perfectly in my foyer. I put a rug pad under it and it looks great. Love the pattern and colors. The colors look exactly like the picture online. I would call it a more casual than formal rug. Zoom in real close on the photo to see the looped pile design.

What a waste. It feels like walking on straw, and it is STILL curling up (from being rolled up for so long). I had to VELCRO it to the floor.

Great Rug for a Great Price
Had read the comments before ordering and most of the concerns were that the folds did not come out easily. Once I received my I rolled in the opposite direction of the original folds and put it in a very warm room and with in hours I was able to place it in my kitchen floor for use. I really like the rug and think it was absolutely worth the money. Great rug, quality and design. All work super for me. I would do it again for sure.
