The set looks great and as if it is of great quality, however feathers fly everywhere all the time. The fabric is nice and I love the design, but the filling in the comforter and the pillows is obviously cheap and makes a mess. I wouldn't order it again, but for the price I guess I can't complain too much.
I received the down comforter set today. I was disappointed to find standard pillows with a king set. The pillows are 95% feathers, which definately aren't "down" and the comforter tag indicates 75% down (so what is the other 25%?). Wish it would have been 100% down. Feathers are pokey and sure aren't the same as down. But, it looks OK, but am disappointed in the feather content.
I like this product very much. I read some bad reviews on the pillows that came, but to be honest, I find nothing wrong with them. If you don't like soft squeeshie pillows, then you won't like these. They fill with air and are fluffy. However, when you lay down on them they kinda flatten out. They are perfect hugging pillows. I like the comforter also. It is fluffy and very comfortable. The price is great and I would definately recommend this to a friend.
The comforter and pillows are fluffy. Some past reviews complain about flatness. It is true that when you first remove it from the box it is quite flat but what do you expect from bedding that has been packed tightly in a small box and shipped through many states? I hope past reviewers learned to fluff their pillows because they really are quite nice. The comforter does have a slight new down odor. But I threw it in the dryer with some scented dry cleaning sheets and softener sheets for about 10 minutes and it came out fluffy and fresh! The fabric could be softer by I am using a duvet cover with this so I really have no complaints.
