This is an excellent product at the best price I've found, This item is actually model # 6035 ( not 5045), which is the most recent and best model from this company. Product arrived in a reasonable time and was not damaged.

I waited to send in a review of this product for at least 6 months in order to be able to see how it worked in this amount of time. Sure it worked fine for a while. Thank goodness my husband can put in anything with or with out instructions.I enjoyed this bidet for a while. Then it started blowing less air so I never am dry when I get up and being handicapped that is not very comfortable. Then the thing had to be re-set every other day as everything was going haywire on it. Such as all the sprayers were spraying downward instead of where they were supposed to spray. It has to be re-set all the time befor working and sometimes 2-3 times before correcting itself. It needs 2 blowers on the back as the one never works correctly. I am not real happy with this product after 6 months of use as I was after 1 week. So I am happy that I waited to report that an item of this cost that works fine for a few weeks does not continue to work correctly after only 6 months.

Overall an excellent product. Instructions are quite a bit lacking which I suppose is due mainly to foreign publishing although comes from Ohio. Common sense is required for incomplete or confusing instructions and the excellent customer service can help with any other confusions such as temperature and measurement conversions. Don't let these small negatives stop you from purchasing this. I am 100% satisfied. An added bonus was my wife's statement to me " I never thought I would say that I loved a toilet but I LOVE MY NEW TOILET HONEY!" Priceless!

What a wonderful thing to have. I had a free standing badet in my previous home it was great but this is so awesome. it takes no extra room, supper easy to instal. Eaven my husband uses it. I could mot be happier.

I have had this product for over 2 years now. I change my water filter every year and so far I have had no problems. The only problem I had was that it took over a week to receive one of my water filters. I called customer service and they tacked the filter for me. Great product! The instructions are a bit lacking.

This item is wonderful for cleanliness; exceptionally well made product, but installation brochure leaves a lot to be desired. Should be rewritten.

This product is high quality, nice looking and works fantastically. The instruction book leaves a lot to be desired, but once installed, it is blissful.

Pros: Good quality, works as advertised, lots of features/adjustments, economy mode. Love it! --- Cons / Wish list: Settings revert back to factory defaults - e.g. no way to make nozzle position change "sticky" - wish they had memory buttons (like for driver seats) to remember favorite positions for different users!

My kids(12 yr-old boys) and I have found this bidet seat to be a wonderful addition to one of our toilets. It is easy to use and I expect that the toilet with the bidet seat will become the most used one in the house. It has all the features to enhance your bathroom experience.

Although my wife and I had never used a bidet before, we needed one because of my wifes health problems. Since I installed it we both love it. We have 3 bathrooms in the house, but one toilet gets almost all of the use now. I also found the company that supplies the COCO Bidet to be very helpful. The first Bidet leaked after I installed it, and when I called the number on the warranty card, the people were very helpful. They had me try a couple of things to fix the bidet while I was on the phone, and when they did not work, they sent me another bidet within 3 days. My second bidet has no problems and it is absolutely great. I would not want to do without it.
