  Please be careful if you purchase this product. It is UNFINISHED!!!!! My husband took it out of the box andasked if it was finished, without looking I said yes. It took him two hours to assemble it and when I saw it I was shocked. It is much smaller than I thought and it is unfinished.It looks more like a microwave cart than a center island and was overpriced. I would send it back but it would take hours to take it apart. I am stuck with it. What a waste of money!!!!

  Other than paying over $100 more than todays price, which I find annoying, this cart is very nice. My husband found no problem with the directions and had it "up and running" in a couple of hours. It is good quality wood and the drawer is huge. I wish I had bought it earlier as it gives us a lot more counter space.

  Was very pleased. Easy to assemble, heavy materials. But after one month the chrome is peeling off of the handle NOT GOOD

  I am glad that my brother-in-law is a master woodworker & carpenter! This island hutch was VERY complicated to assemble. I would also recommend that any purchasers also invest in plenty of "Howard" mineral oil and restorer! I put 10 coats on mine, letting each one soak in over night. This was applied to the entire island, not just the top. It is now a beautiful piece of furniture.

  this item is shipped to you in a million pieces. give yourself at least 2 hours to put together. based on this alone, i would not recommend the product. if i wanted to spend time building furniture, i would have bought a cheaper version from ***.
