I had a problem (stupid me) putting it together-- just a simple reversing of the legs. They were so nice on the phone and everything got straightened out. What nice people.

One word to describe- Breathtaking! It's countertop height and four feet long. I'm using mine as a side table. The shelves are sturdy and I've put a Kitchenaid mixer & bread maker on them. The drawer is 37 inches long and can hold many items. It is tedious to put together, so I paid a handyman to assemble. My husband doesn't have the patience for this type of job. It took about 2 hours to unpack & assemble. We called the helpline in the beginning just to verify we understood the instructions. They are not clear & incomplete. Once he got started, most of it was common sense. With this said, follow the steps per instructions. One note, when you separate the drawer slide, instructions state to "push". You must slide the flat lever to release , then line up the holes to screw to drawer side wall and the separated slide to inside wall. We assembled upside down until the selves were added. Very much worth the assembly. You'll be impressed with this piece!

For the price paid, this piece is not worth your money or your sweat. Aside from the fact I paid over *** to put together my own piece of furniture, it is not *** quality. The drawer is the worst part. First off- it's super cheap siding. Secondly, it does not slide properly and is incredibly frustrating to use...so I don't. The rest of it just feels chintzy. The towel rack came to me broken, but I wouldnt bother putting it on anyway because it's cheap and too small. The fact that the wood does not have a finish is just dumb. It's rough and will probably stain soon. I cannot believe I paid so much for this cart. It's definitely not worth it.

This island was a lot of work to assemble--not difficult if you are handy, but a lot of steps and pieces. The workmanship was superb and all the pieces fit very well. The manual and website videos were very complete and easy to follow. I finished it with Danish oil as recommended and it looks stunning. I would recommend applying the stain/finish BEFORE assembly to make it easier.
