Ok, YES it's expensive... but my goodness, this makes a seriously delicious cup of coffee. Very easy to operate, easy to clean (yes.... you do need to clean out your coffee pot and lid, is that so hard?) and very fast.My boyfriend and I were concerned about the power usage, as it keeps a full tank of water at coffee-making temperature all day and night... this is how it makes the coffee so fast: it eliminates the time needed to boil the water. So far though, it seems to be acceptable... though I don't know what wattage it uses in a month, I did not see any drastic increase in my electric bill.Beautiful coffee maker. The coffee is the best I've tasted, at home or out. A great buy.

We love the Bunn brewer. Coffee brews fast and tastes great. Brewer is easy to use, once we got the hang of keeping the reservoir heated....only thing is the carafe lid is a little balky getting on and off....hopefully it will loosen up over time. Overall, we love this coffee maker.

This coffee maker took some time to get the mix right. Yes, it does make coffee in 3 minutes but it also takes about 6 more minutes to prepare before you can start the brewing process. As far as it leaking as one other reviewer mentioned, Only if you don't have the lid on right. I erred a couple of times but re-alined and it is fine. It does keep the coffee hot for a long time without getting bitter, my reason to buy it.

Very expensive and when you get it home every time you pour a cup of coffee your counter top and floor will be covered in coffee. No matter what you do it leaks!!!

Bunn" coffee makers are simple and when you need decent coffee fast you can't beat them. And yes, these have been popular in restaurants for years. This is a good looking unit and I knew having a carafe rather than a heating plate would preserve the quality of the coffee. This was purchased for an office and we probably make 3 pots per day. This particular unit has a major design flaw. About 3 months into using it we noticed it dripped heavily when pouring a cup. I contacted Bunn. Their comment: the "engineers" were working on the problem. Coffee has a great deal of oil and this was building up under the rubber seals resulting in the leaks. Extensive cleaning under the rubber seal would solve the problem, I was told. A tedious process. It did leak less after this cleaning but soon went back to it's old tricks. I pour my cup over the sink to avoid messy clean up. Coffee is, of course wasted. Love Bunn but this design needs work. Would not buy this model until they solve carafe problem.

I love coffee. I wanted a simple coffee maker that DID NOT have the bells and whistles. I just wanted a good cup of coffee. This coffee maker is exactly what I wanted. It is like the commercial ones in restaurants with the tank of hot water READY to make you a cup of coffee in 3 minutes. I love the thermal pot. It keeps the coffee hot without any burnt flavor. for over 2 hours. It brews right into the thermal pot. It is the easiet and most simple and it is wonderful.

Love this Bunn coffee maker. I've always used Bunn but this one is better. I never have to wonder if I "shut off the coffee pot" with this one. Keeps coffee hot & fresh.

I have owned many coffee makers but none can compare to the Bunn. This is my first Thermo Fresh and I am thrilled! I would reccomend this to everyone. Quick, fresh and keeps the coffee hot without overheating on the conventional burner. Great cup of coffee each time. I was so pleased with mine that I purchased another for my brother and sister in law, who own a Bed and Breakfast. The price was unbeatable.

Instant coffee when needed and flavor kept fresh in the stainless thermos. Purchased as a gift but will definitely purchase one for myself.

Best coffee maker we have ever had. Makes excellent coffee. We had to get the decaff sprayer, but it works well. We still have coffee ready in less than 5 minutes. Excellent machine!

Bunn ThermoFresh 10-cup Home Thermal Brewer is a well conceived and executed top line product. The coffee always tastes fresh brewed.

I wanted a thermal coffee maker that would be fast and reliable. I am familiar with the Bunn system from using a Bunn years ago. It made the coffee hotter than the coffee maker that it was replacing. This was a key reason for replacing the other coffee maker.

Love it.... Have an older version of the Bunn coffee maker and this takes it to a new level. I loved my old one but this one keeps the coffee warm if you want to take it off the burner for a while.

10 yrs. ago we had a Bunn-O-Matic coffeemaker, which worked really well. We switched to Cuisenart and the 3 models that we've had were good. After researching via internet coffee customers etc., we decided on this ThermoFresh unit. We made an excellent choice. My wife was concerned about the absence of an auto-timer to have coffee ready whenwe got up to go to work,but the Bunn brews 10 cups of fresh coffee in 3 mins.! It sprays the hot hot water evenly over the coffee. No need for "whistles and bells", clocks, etc. You can brew another pot in just 3 mins.
