Bunn NHBX-W Generation 10-cup Pourover Home Coffee Brewer

My Wife & I are big fans of the BUNN coffee maker. Great for everyday use and make a pot of coffee in only 3 minutes. Also good for large gatherings as the next pot of coffee comes just as quickly. Only issue is the white is hard to keep clean (need to rinse and wipe down after every use), but the brewer looks so cool we don't mind.

I have wanted a Bunn coffee maker for over 20 yrs and I just recently researched prices and not only was Overstock the best price I could find on a Bunn but the coffee maker itself is everything it states in the description and more! Although it does brew your coffee in 3 minutes, keep in mind that there is a first time set-up that takes about 20 minutes, give or take. After that, just remember to turn the Bunn unit on about 15 min. before you're ready to add your water & close the water tank lid. Also remember that closing this lid is what allows the water to release, so be careful if you're not ready for the water to start coming thru. The reason for the 15 min is for the water tank to heat up so the coffee you brew is good and hot. Once the water is heated, the actual brewing time is only 3 minutes. This was a little misleading to me at first but I understand the process now. In a nutshell: allow for 1st time set-up & for daily coffee making, allow approx. 15 min for the water to be heated before brewing. I love it! No bitterness! There is a definite difference in a Bunn coffee maker ; )

I bought this as a gift for my mother for Christmas. She was thrilled! First of all finding a white Bunn was great, not something you'd find in the stores. I bought a similar one at the same time for my husband but in black & stainless steel. The white has stainless steal also, which is hard to find in the stores, they are all plastic on the sides which appear cheaper (but really aren't!). Anyway I couldn't have chosen better on both Bunn coffee makers. Of course the cost of the shipping is incredible, you really can't beat their shipping plus it was delivered very quickly. Finally both my mother and husband are enjoying the best coffee they can. BTW, these may not have been 'fluff' gifts but they couldn't have gone over better. I'm quite happy with my purchases and also with the great service of Overstock.com.
