    This Furniture arrived Quickly and was pretty easy to put together with just a few picture instructions, none written. It's a dark brown, almost black and doesn't at all look like real wood but I only paid a couple of hundred dollars for this compared to at least 500 for one that just "looked" like real wood. The reason why I bought this was because I just moved from a house to a condo unit and had to seriously downsize. I will move again at least once in the next 4 years and I didn't want to have to hire movers for very heavy furniture ( which is what i was replacing). This piece fits the bill perfectly and looks lovely in my new dining room with a small glass top table. It's gotten the compliments of "fancy" and "looks like in a magazine" from friends, which made me feel pretty good considering what I spent and what I know it looks like close up.     We purchased this product for the style and the wonderful reviews. For the price, the quality should be much better. I was not expecting fake wood. But, I only saw the picture and didnt read any description. You cannot use it for its intended purpose. It's the worst piece of furniture that I have ever purchased. That's what happens when you shop online for furniture. Overstock I will never purchase another item from this website. It's aweful. Tacky, the worst. Made in china. Go figure. They also delete bad reviews which is in poor taste. Tell the truth about the products your selling.

    This looks really nice when completed. It looks like an expensive piece of furniture. I was looking for a large piece that could hold a lot of storage and on which I could I could put my flat screen. After debating and debating I decided to go with this. The pictures in the instructions are really small which caused me to take a LOT of time scrutinizing every piece to make sure I was putting it together like the picture. One note that might be helpful regarding the cams. When putting them in don't let them go all the way to the bottom of the space they are in or the piece that fits into them will not fit properly into the cam. I had to pry several up part of the way so the opposing piece would fit without bumping into the edge of the cam. There is a lot of solid wood in this but honestly there are some pressed fiberboard parts to the drawers that almost caused me to rate this three stars instead of four.     Goof value for the money. Looks more expensive than the price would indicate. Fairly easy to put together except for the door hinges. Those were a pain I must say! To keep the doors lined up and get those hinges on was a frustrating endeavor.

    At least Overstock changed the picture to more closely match the product you actually get. I have purchased numerous products from Overstock and this is our biggest dissapointment. To Overstock's credit, they did give us a discount after we complained. However, it took about a month of discussions to solve the issue. The one we recieved does now match the photo for the most part. The top of the piece looks different/ We also purchased the matching round table. I just spent several hours sanding the doors and drawers because thet did not open or close without significance force. It is suppose to reclaimed wood not shoddy construction. Hopefully the one you get is put together better than the one we got. It is also very white washed. A bit more than the pictures show. The hardware is really cheap and is very sharp in places - so much so that you can cut you fingers on the hardware. We plan to replace it becasue it is of such poor quality.
