  I was so excited to see this buffet on Overstock.com. I have been looking at a similar buffet at another retailer for several years, just dreaming about owning it, but it was too expensive. It looks beautiful in my dining room.

  • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Looked more black in the pictures, but was close enough for me.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Well made and easy to assemble.
  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? The site description matched perfectly with the item I received.

  Be prepared for 3 heavy boxes and some several hours of assembly, which was not too bad. The box was missing a package of screws, which took overstock another week and half to ship to me. In the meantime, I went to the local hardware store to purchase. While the description of the product describes rubberwood, there is a number of pieces that appear to be pressed wood. The back of the unit is thin fiberboard, which will likely not survive being moved from place to place. The top of the unit is not supported well, so do not plan on putting anything heavy on it. The finish is good in visible areas, but not so hot in hidden areas. All that said, it looks quite nice when assembled, I just think it is somewhat expensive given the limitations I describe

  I love this buffet! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition and matched the product description exactly. Was not too difficult to put together, adjusting the doors did take a little time. Looks fantastic in our dinning room and matches our other furniture exactly!

  I love this buffet. I ordered it after I ordered walnut chippendale chairs. It matches perfectly. It looks like a set. The price was right. It now completes my dining area. Nice storage. Only one screw was missing and overstock is sending it me.
