Mangled meat maker
I wanted to make some pork cutlets from some pork we had from a hog we'd butchered. This sounded like it would do the trick but it did not. The meat was sliced to a bit less than the thickness the tenderizer said it would work with so expected it to do as promised. Instead the piece would jam up, then if it did go through, it would literally mangle the piece. Not tenderize it, but chew it up into a piece of meat that wasn't even intact. I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this to anyone for this purpose. I don't know what it would be good for!
