The copper finishes do not show properly in the photo. In person, they are ugly. The workmanship is fair to poor. When the bulb burns out, I'll throw the lamp away.

I bought this for my husband. He LOVES several things about this lamp. It's nice and tall so he can use it on his desk where he has 3 computers (yes, he loves gaming and sometimes works from home. Anyway, he can put this lamp kind of behind the computers and it is so flexible that he can angle it different ways to accomodate whatever he happens to be doing. It also has 2 settings for how bright the lamp is. It also has a very nice heavy base to keep the lamp upright. He likes it so much he has asked me to purchase a second one for beside the bed. So, guess I am off to search for another one since Overstock is sold out. Bummer!
