Great Range Hood, but bad description
This is an extremely attractive range hood with rounded corners so you don't bang your head. The fan is fairly quiet for a fan that moves as much air as this one and has three speeds. I used it to replaced an old range hood so the ducting was already in place. I had to unscrew 4 screws to remove the old one and then screw in 4 screws for the new one-really simple. I also had to connect the color coded electrical wires, which was also simple. I would definitely recommend the range hood as a good value for a quality product.

- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Not accurate. The dimensions for height and depth were wrong The range hood had LED lighting, not halogen.

Bad description of range hood
This range hood is a Windster 36" under cabinet model 208L. The measurements Overstock.com provides are wrong in terms of depth and height. The range hood is 6" high and 18 1/8" inches deep. It is 36" wide (as described). The range hood is described with halogen lights but has LED lighting, not halogen--or at least the one that was sent to me did. This is the current model of this range hood and is a great value on Overstock.com. I was replacing an existing range hood and this was a simple job since the ducting was already in place. It was 4 screws to remove the old one and 4 screws to put in the new one. It looks terrific over the stovetop and the LED lights illuminate the stove top well. I was afraid the LED lights might be too white and clinical, but these aren't in my opinion. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend the product.
