I am now in the process of waiting for this to come back in stock because the glass got broken. Tornado and I'm rebuilding. Says alot about this light that I want it up for a second run at it.

Couldn't find a similar 1-bulb, large shade item on the web or my local large store, so settled for this one. OK for $****. Could had been ezier to install if it doesn't require any tools. It does, u need a large pliers. The other post is right, it's more like chrome with a dark clear coat finish rather than "real" nickel. Obvious welder joints and dents when closely inspected but of course can't see from distance. Electrical accessories less than "smooth" to screw on. Like said, OK for $****. The shade is of a silky finish.

this light is very elegant and a very good bargain for the price. the directions were a little hard to understand but other than that, installation was not bad.

The pendant fixture looks even better than I thought it would. Installation was easy. I'm using it in a small half-bath and it really sets off this space.

I bought two of these lights to hang over my master bathroom sink. They are absolutely beautiful. I like them so much more than anything I found in the lighting store and they were so much more reasonably priced. I would highly recommend these lights for anywhere you want to use them.

I was very excited to find this. After looking at home improvement stores, simple pendant lights were around 100 dollars each and not as large as this one. This is perfect for the spot above our staircase. We love it. It's simple yet has a little bit of detail over the shade. Hubby was able to install it with no trouble at all. This was a great buy!

The metal looks a bit too shiny to be brushed nickel, maybe more along the lines of pewter. Regardless, the dimensions were correct and it looks gorgeous hanging in my entryway. It is prettier and cheaper than anything I found at the home improvement stores.

The pendant lamp looks great and is made of high quality materials. The chain was not very long (only about half as long as the wire), and I needed to hang the pendant over a table. Because the outlet where the light had to be hardwired wasn't directly over the table, I planned on just moving the actual pendant over by putting a hook in the ceiling and draping the lamp from there. But to do this, I had to go to the hardware store and buy about three more feet of chain. Not a big deal, but it did mean an extra trip out before I could install the pendant. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.
