The pendant says it's brushed nickel but what arrived was a dark brass. I went to return it and the website said the item was "not returnable". it was easily fixed by customer service but I should not have needed to take that extra step and pay for shipping for the wrong item. they did refund my shipping as a courtesy, but given that they sent the wrong item, the shipping should have been refunded without issue.
