Why 3 stars ? because 1 - it does not look like the picture, which shows two glass doors - mine came with only one. 2 - the shelving does not allow much flexibility in terms of what-to-put-where 3 - When doors are closed (as supposed to be), it gets really hot inside with the electronics on, which suggests insufficient air flow It came assembled, so can't say anything about the ease of assembly. Other than that it looks nice and well crafted. But since I favor practicality, I think that this item is overpriced and I would have returned it if I didn't mind the hassle.

It was just what I was hoping for. No assembly needed and wonderfully packaged. It looks beautiful and holds my 42 inch TV perfectly!

This unit has a great price, but not the best for A/V equipment. As other reviewer stated it's styling is a little different from the picture. The picture looks more like a 60". Your equipment will get hot inside the unit. You cannot fit alot in the unit. I wish it had optional speaker panels for the side cabinet, but that is wishful thinking. It matched the armoire I purchased from Overstock. They look great together, and you canNot beat the price!

We ordered this product as well, and while the quality appears to be nice, the product was not as described or pictured. It came with one glass door, and the cabinet doors (which show a boxed design with 4 boxes) actually turned out to be 2 boxes on either door. Additionally, the description lists the item as containing an electrical receptacle, which it does not have.
