I ordered this product after reading many reviews. I had apprehensions about the height, so I ordered this product since it was one of the taller ottomans. Assembly was easy and this is a very sturdy, heavy piece of furniture. I probably wouldn't buy it again though. The height is still at least an inch or two lower than my couch sits and the ottoman is so heavy that when I try to move it the rug under it shifts instead of the ottoman sliding around easily. Check the sizing closely; this is a large piece. Quality appears to be stellar though. I am impressed with the quality compared to the price.

We had a faux leather ottoman in our family room for 5 years and it was pretty banged up. I happened to find this one on Overstock and ordered it. It arrived within days-free delivery!! I had about 20 minutes before the kids came home and wanted to get it assembled. In that 20 minutes, I assembled the ottoman, removed the box and old ottoman and vacuumed the room. It was so simple to put together and is just lovely. The leather is smooth and supple. It's just perfect! I highly recommend this product!

I've been using this ottoman for a few months now and am really enjoying it. The wood is black while the upper is a dark brown. I was worried how it would look but I actually really like the contrast now and it matches other furniture in my living room. Overall, I think it looks just as nice as similar ottomans that cost three times the price. And though it's a large size, the low height helps to make it not look so big. Very pleased!!

The ottoman is really dark as stated in previous reviews. It is of good quality, and was very easy to assemble. It arrived in just a few days. I will definitely purchase from overstock.com again soon.

I wanted a replacement, which had finally fallen apart, for a previous ottoman I purchased on overstock.I did have that one for quite sometime and it is for the dogs to lie on and help them get up on my bed. I chose this since there weren't any buttons on this one. That was the demise of the other one...they pulled the buttons off and then the leather tore. So I hope this one solves that problem down the road. It seems like it will. The dogs love it, it helps the older one step up onto the bed and it is a very solid piece. Yes I do recommend this one. This is a very massive piece though so make sure you have plenty of room.

Shipped so fast! Only assembly was putting the 4 legs on (10 minutes max). Very happy with the Ottoman! It's so big and heavy duty enough to sit on, and place drinks on. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

This is a high quality leather ottoman from Safavieh with an amazing price you will not find elsewhere! The height is perfect, just be aware that it is large scale (2.5 feet across by 4 feet long). The leather is soft and comfortable to put legs on it to relax and it looks very contemporary which fits with my modern decor.

This ottoman is manufactured by Safavieh, a high quality rug/furniture manufacturer. I went to their website and was able to get a closer picture of the ottoman. (cross reference the model #) This is a quality piece at an incredible price. It arrived in 3 days after ordering and very well packaged. It took about 5 minutes to assemble the legs. The top is firm padding and glasses will stand on it without tipping. This is not a button tufted piece, as it is hard to tell in the pictures. It did not mention it in the description so I assumed it was not and it is not. This is my first furniture purchase online and the fact that I wasn't able to see/touch or test out the piece made me very apprehensive, but I took a chance with the prior ratings and the company name and was very pleased.

Item is perfect. Rich looking and very cheap. Im confused by some of the other reviews as this Item is not Faux leather, it is real leather. The description also says this is leather, not Faux. So dont let the cheap price fool you, its real leather. Also noteworthy that my 1st delivery had a damaged frame on the ottoman and Overstock immediately shipped out a replacement the same day. Great customer service.

We received the ottoman just a few days after it was ordered. It took my husband a "bit" of time to put together. However, we have received so many complements on this ottoman. Perfect height too!

Like other reviewers have mentioned, the faux leather on this ottoman is has a very soft, true leather feel and look. The ottoman arrived today and I was able to assemble it easily. It only requires the legs to be attached with large screws into pre-drilled holes with a wrench that's provided in the box. The cushion is very comfortable, slightly firm but not hard, and the whole thing has a very nice look to it. The picture doesn't really do it justice. I would highly recommend it.

I love the brown cocktail ottoman!! The leather is a nice quality. The legs are sturdy and they were easy to attach. I've been looking for a ottoman for sometime. Fortunately, I decided on this one. I was a little worried that since this was so inexpensive it would look cheap...I was wrong! This piece looks upscale, not cheap looking "pleather" look. I was worried that the top would be upholstered with covered buttons, but not the case. UPS delivered undamaged box to CA in 6 days. Easy to set up, manufacturer even included an actual wrench (not some allen wrench that kills my hand). I unpacked and set up the piece in less than 15 minutes. The color is a dark dark brown, the legs are the same (almost ebony).

This ottoman is very nice. The leather is dark brown and very consistent in it's texture. It looks like what you would expect from a high end piece of furniture. The wood is black (not brown) with a satin type finish. I would definitely recommend this piece of furniture. It was well packaged and had a pillow case like cover over it to protect the leather. Great purchase and wonderful for the price!

I just HAD to write a review. I rely on reading the opinions of others when I purchase, especially when it is a big item like furniture. I was VERY skeptical to purchase an ottoman online without seeing it in person. I have to admit I was wondering how the shipping would work. Being female and single and living in a 2 story walk-up I wasn't sure how I would really manage to order a piece of furniture and get it in my apartment. It arrived through UPS and they brought it right up stairs to my door. He definitely struggled but I was able to watch. Once in my apartment I unwrapped the carefully packaged box and within 15 minutes have my feet up on my very expensive looking ottoman. I have been looking for over 2 year for just the right piece, and took a chance ordering from overstock. The "faux" leather is amazing! It isn't one bit shiny like you might expect. I have pretty expensive taste, and this passed my test. You will not be disappointed! Thanks overstock!

Overall the ottoman 's appearance is fine. We looked at other ottomans that were a couple of hundred dollars more which we didn't like as well. The color is a true rich dark brown.We bought it because we wanted to use an ottoman/cocktail table. It looks great in our living room and the height works well also.
