Brown Solid Wood 52-inch TV Stand

The console is a beautiful dark cherry wood - exactly as described. Love the style, size, and quality of wood. It fits our large receiver box if tilted sideways to set inside and then have to install the shelf afterward. But it works. Our only complaint is that it took a lot of time to assemble. Nothing is pre-assembled at all. there are about 12 different bags of hardware. If you are willing to put in the labor to assemble, its worth it... The finished product is great.

I was so happy to recieve this TV console in the mail! My husband put it together in about two hours, from start to finish. It does require a screwdriver, which packaging does not include. The color is a bit warmer than most "walnut" finishes, almost a cherry, but I am still happy with it. Everything fit together well, and it is of high quality, solid wood (except for the inner shelves and the back panel for wires). I saw this same exact TV console on another retailers website, and overstock had it listed for a substantially lower price. And with only $3 shipping, you cannot beat this deal! I would reccomend this TV console in a heartbeat! It is a great buy.

I was looking for a stand on which to place my first flat screen tv and when i saw this one I decided to take a risk and order furniture online. It said "solid wood" but only the doors and top are solid and unfortunately the cabinet is not large enough to accomodate my cable box, so I had to remove the back panel which looks pretty tacky. If it were a pair of shoes I would've sent it back but it is so big and heavy I decided to keep it until I can afford a better one. O.co was great and it arrived in less than a week so I have absolutely no gripe with them!

We've always had our 36" tube tv sitting in the corner so when we upgraded to a 55" flat screen, I knew I wanted to find something large enough for the tv but also compact enough to fit in the corner...this console fit the bill. We also needed enough space for receivers and such...much room shelf and the middle drawers for dvd storage is perfect. Was delivered quickly by UPS (who carefully rolled it end-over-end off the truck so no damage) and my husband spent a little over an hour putting together out in the garage (he has quite a bit of experience putting furniture together...knows that you need to lay everything out and read the directions over before beginning the project). He and I carried it in from garage and it looks much heavier than it actually is. In other reviews I read some weren't happy with the actually color, which showed more of a cherry than the walnut brown color it actually is, but I love it with my mix of tan sectional and black bookcases with oak flooring. And the glass front doors means we never have to open the door to turn the HD satellite receiver on...only need to open the door when loading or unloading a dvd. Very happy and the tv is off the floor! :)
